Great location, easy drive into Aldeburgh, Southwold and Thorpeness. Nice, modern, clean space with a lovely patio area.

Clean and comfortable with all facilities including dishwasher and washing machine. Good location near lovely rural footpaths, a pub and only a few miles from seaside. Prompt service from letting agency.
WiFi was intermittent: I think this is an area problem. TV sometimes broke up. I had to use my phone network supply and couldn't use my IPad. Perhaps a booster would help?
The high sided bath could be a problem for some people to get in and out of. The shower is over the bath too.

Good modern accommodation with new interior esp. modern bathroom & kitchen. Outside space and location great.

No welcome pack nor information about local area/ eating options (I with know C19, this might be an issue, a laminated single page of options would have been sufficient)
Poor comfort of sofa, as it is a futon which was very uncomfortable (had to bring in the outside chairs to sit on)
Intermittent wifi

Lovely cottage everything you need and very clean. Brilliant location we were visiting family in Leiston.
