This is the perfect place for us. It was just the right size and so very clean. Cant wait to return. Owners are so nice and easy to work with.

We really enjoyed our stay. Paul was very responsive and accommodating as a host. The house was very clean and had a beautiful view of the sound. My daughter loved having some games and small toys at the house. She learned to play Chutes and Ladders while there! We also enjoyed being next to a park and an easy walk from restaurants and the beach.

This was our second visit to this property and we had a great time. We love being able to bring our Golden Retriever with us on vacation and this time we had our 6 month old with us. We definitely plan on going again and look forward to making full use of the playground when we come back.

Such a wonderful spacious comfortable home close to everything, gorgeous view, well stocked. We had a wonderful week and having cable to watch our Phillies and NFL was a major plus! We would love to return again !!

Loved the place. We have family that live in Havelock, NC so they brought our grandkids over and they loved all of the games, they loved the playground…it is very dog friendly. My only complaint was that we were only there for a long weekend. Huge thanks to the hosts for having such a great place.

The house was clean and had all that we needed for our stay. It was in a quieter area, but close to restaurants and a very short distance to the beach. The deck has a nice view of the sound, perfect for taking in the morning with a hot cup of tea. Additionally the host was amazing with communication. Overall a great stay!

Our family had a great vacation at Paul and Holly's home! Would stay there again in a heart beat! The location is mid center of the island with convenient access to the beach and sound. Very close by to the restaurants! Will stay there again! Paul was also super responsive to all our questions!

Check in was easy and great communication with owner. House was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Restaurants walking distance and icecream shop. The beach was close short drive just wished it was a little close but no big deal. We really enjoyed our stay will definitely stay again. Thanks for sharing your home.

We had a great time at this property with our small kids and 2 dogs. It was great being within walking distance of restaurants, and right next door to a playground. We had a nice time sitting on the balcony and watching the sound. The neighborhood was quiet, and convenient to both sides of the island. Overall 5/5, we will stay here again!

This was the perfect mini vacation for our farming family! The home was clean and everything was as listed online. The hosts have thought of everything, little "how to" notes, cooking supplies, toiletries starters, and my almost 3 year olds favorite--kid toys & books! We were only able to stay 2 nights but it was so helpful that so much was available for us to use, including beach chairs, toys and wagon. The location was great! We were able to stroll to restaurants and the beach. The park was a huge hit with our little ones and VERY convenient, right in the back yard! We would recommend this to our family and friends and plan to come back!

Very nice property a quick easy drive to the beach. Loved the playground and charcoal bbq as well as under deck seating and market lights. Good place to see both sunrises and sunsets. Host was great at reaching out and communicating. Would stay again.

The property was just like described, and more. The owner responded promptly with any questions we had.
Location... There are several restaurants within walking distance, the beach access is close and no stairs to climb. The aquarium is right down the street and definitely worth checking out.
The Crab Shack , Surf's Up grill shrimp and the Captains food truck are all excellent choices. The Willis Seafood mart's crab cakes and fresh shrimp are good choices and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking. I know vacation and cooking but sitting on the deck and viewing the water while eating seafood can't be beat.
The owners really have thought of everything to make you feel at home. Can't wait to return!

Owners where very responsive to all our questions. We had 6 adults, 1 infant and 2 dogs staying for a week and there was plenty of room inside so you weren’t stepping on each other. The house is in a very quiet location to relax and enjoy your stay. Within 30-40 minutes to surrounding towns. First time booking this house and will book again in future if we are in the area.

This place was beautiful!
Tons of room in the house. They have all the ammenities that you need. Beautiful views from both decks facing the sound. Very quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to restaurants and bars.
They even supply you with all you need to enjoy a day on the beach like chairs, boogie baords, sand toys for the kids, kayaks etc…
no need to pack extra if you have limited room in the vehicle.

Me, my husband and our dog enjoyed our extended time at this amazing place! We were blessed to stay for 3 months during the off season. We loved every moment. The owner was amazing. He gave us great suggestions for places to visit., and the house was stocked! We even were given a welcome basket! My dog LOVED the park. We went shelling, lots. The best was the ability to sit inside or on the deck and enjoy the beautiful bay. I cooked every day, because I enjoy doing so. Our daughter visited for a few days and my sister and bro in law visited for a few days. The beach was one block away. I can't think of anything that would have made our stay more enjoyable. There is zero doubt in my mind that families wanting to enjoy the ocean and more should consider this Endless Summer Place.

We had a wonderful time! The beach is just gorgeous! My husband and I loved that the beach was only a short walk away! The house is a perfect beach house with everything you could possibly need from kayaks, beach umbrella, chairs, etc. And lots of places within short walking distance which we loved! Enjoyed being able to take our dog with us! We absolutely loved our stay and can't wait to come back!!

Amazing communication, little stumble first thing accessing the code correctly, they promptly corrected me. We only used the first floor but everything we needed including towels, linens, coffee, plates and silverware all provided. 3 restaurants easy walking distance, stores nearby also. Location was very convenient and beach access less than 5 miles away. I have zero complaints regarding this property!!

We had a very nice stay in Salter Path. It was a short walk to the beach and several restaurants. It also was a short drive to several other restaurants and places to visit in the area. The house exceeded our expectations. The bedrooms were all good size and the kitchen/dining room/living room area is open and spacious. The porch and other outdoor areas were nice as well.

We felt immediately at home upon entering this house! The furniture was very comfortable and the house was very clean. The three different balconies were a wonderful escape when people needed their own room. We really appreciated how easy and respectfully the owner responded to any questions that we had. We highly recommend this home!

We were looking for a relaxing beach getaway and Endless Summer did not disappoint! The house was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. Beach access was very convenient on foot or by car. Restaurants and ice cream were walking distance away! Having the kayaks available to use on the bay was a lot of fun for the big kids. We have rented in the Atlantic Beach/Emerald Isle area for many years, but this was by far our favorite! Looking forward to returning next Summer! Thank you Paul for your wonderful hospitality!

My experience renting Endless Summer was most enjoyable as well as simple to schedule online, make 3 payments, and find out all I needed to know beforehand. Also, the hosts are easy to contact in case of an emergency, which there was not, thankfully, but knowing you can reach someone is a plus. The house was very comfortable and great for low-key relaxation, which was my intention.

So glad my husband found this property, had a family reunion in Swansboro and decided to make it a week vacation. The place was great and spacious!! A lot bigger than I expected! and for a family of 5 and 2 dogs it was perfect!!. The new owners were amazing with communication and super helpful when I had issues with the door lock. The new flooring in the kitchen and living room area is a dream especially with animals and the stair gates were so convenient a lil annoying to handle and figure out at first, but they kept my dogs off the carpet and out of rooms so that’s all that mattered to me. Everything was nice and clean upon arrival, kitchen stocked!, thankful for the washer/dryer. Loved that they had a wagon chairs and umbrella available for use and even an extra fridge. My son and husband used a kayak one day that was fun. Super quiet and relaxed neighborhood to walk the dogs in. Public Beach access just around the corner, and food and pub a walk away. Just a real lovely place and neighborhood. Enjoyed the whole week with the family. I definitely would love to come back!!

Wonderful vacation retreat!
We had a great stay at Endless Summer in Salter Path! The reservation and check in process was very easy and all my questions were answered quickly! Salter Path is a great location between Emerald Isle and Atlantic Beach, so we spent time in both areas and also in Beaufort and Morehead City. Wonderful location! We really enjoyed walking up to Scoops ice cream a couple of nights and also viewing the sunsets from the marina area (short walk from the house). The park and field behind the house were perfect for our dog and kids to be outside with lots of room to run around. The house was very spacious for our needs and the balconies were nice for even extra space! Endless Summer felt like a retreat! We also appreciated the welcome gift, a very nice touch. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Beautiful relaxing area
We loved our stay in Salter Path at this quaint, inviting home by the sea. We not only enjoyed the area of Salter Path where so much is within walking distance, we also ventured out to Beaufort and Morehead where they have some additional great restaurants, shops and water activities. The public beaches all along the Emerald Isle are beautiful and so peace-not overcrowded so go exploring.
It was always nice to come back to this clean, comfortable home. It’s obvious the owners really care about their guests. Thanks for a great stay!

This house was perfect for us! It is in walking distance to a couple restaurants and a dollar tree. They even have walking or driving directions to the beach which is a very short distance for both! The house is perfect for adults and kids with games and toys there and available. It even had a wagon and stuff for the beach. My most favorite feature is the park and field in the backyard which is perfect for a furry friend or kid to burn some energy. It was very clean and we loved the hospitality basket and gift. Thank you for our wonderful stay!
