This home was perfect for our family getaway. Lots of activities for the kids in the basement and plenty of space for us to spread out. It’s location is great. It’s in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown Holland and the beach. The house is well stocked in the kitchen which made eating in easy when we wanted. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was clean, check in was a breeze and Wendy was helpful. I would stay at this property again! 5 stars!

The house was wonderful inside there were so many extras like blankets, dishes, etc. I thought it was closer to the lake though like on the waters edge.

Had a meet up with a group of friends from out of state. Great place to just chill and have fun.

Wendy thought of everything!! There was plenty of space for the whole family. Lots of activities and games to have fun. Good location close to the lake and fun to bike ride around. Short drive to some great restaurants and beaches. Would highly recommend!!

We had a very fun time at the house. A perfect spot for a long winter weekend visiting our two Hope College students. Tons to do in the house for all of us (kids aged 20-12) and a great location to get to all the area attractions. The home was very clean, comfortable and had all we needed. Great house. The basement was perfect for the six cousins - between that and the ping pong table in garage we barely saw them. Hot tub was a bonus too. Kitchen was stocked with anything you would need and bathrooms all had plenty of towels. It’s in a very pretty and quiet neighborhood and not far from downtown. We would definitely stay again.

Everything it showed it would be and more. The neighborhood this house is in is amazing. There is no question we will visit Holland again and our first choice for were to stay would be this property.

We came up for a family wedding. The home was perfect for three families and children of varied ages. It was well-maintained and comfortable. Our host made sure everything was in order before we arrived. Loved the lower level, with a separate kitchen and games. We would not hesitate to rent again.

If we could rate higher than a 5, we would! Wendy’s home is beautiful, very clean, very well stocked, close to downtown and parks, and entertaining for ages 1 to 99. Our kids and granddaughter enjoyed the hot tub! We all enjoyed the games and table games in the lower level. Sitting on the back (enclosed) porch was enjoyed by all and was very relaxing. We enjoyed the surprised s’mores kit using the pit in the backyard. Lots of wildlife to see. Wendy was very responsive and considerate of all of our questions or needs. We will be recommending this home to everyone we know. Thank you Wendy! We hope to come back again soon.

We enjoyed our stay in this wonderful VRBO! It was clean and well stocked! We had plenty of room to spread out! We loved the game room!! The location was perfect for going to the beach and visiting family! Definitely 5 star VRBO!

We left with great memories and a taste of life in Michigan. The house is centrally located close to all the sites, town, shopping, etc! The owners are very kind, caring and concerned with their guests having a great stay in their lovely home! Pick this home to enjoy this beautiful spot in Michigan and you will be very happy!

Holland is a beautiful place to be! Our VRBO was everything we were hoping for! Our family enjoyed the space and especially loved the game room and hot tub! We were excited to try the solo stove for our bonfires and it didn’t disappoint!! Everything was clean and Wendy was the perfect host!

If we could give this property more than a 5 star rating, we would! Lovely, warm and inviting property close to lots of activities and beaches in a beautiful, established neighborhood. Home was immaculate and Wendy, the owner, is so warm and friendly. It is furnished beautifully and has plenty of space. The rec room on the first floor is so much fun for kids and adults. We stayed a week and could have stayed longer. All of us were sad to leave! You won't be disappointed. Looking at our calendars for next year already to come back.

Enjoyed our visit to Holland and our stay at this property. This was a family getaway for us and our adult children's families. The grandchildren loved the lower level game room and bunk beds. The hot tub was a nice surprise. House was clean and well stocked with the things we needed. The state park beach is a short drive away and was wonderful. The DeZwaan windmill visit was fun for all.

We had a great time at this property! Clean and comfortable. Very good communication from owner and she has clearly put a lot of thought into making the space welcoming. Lovely neighborhood to walk through. Close to the beaches and downtown Holland.

From the very start I was impressed with the property owner. She always responded to my questions very quickly and was knowledgable of questions related to the surrounding area also. The house was perfect for our group of 8 (my sister and I met there with our adult and teenage kids). There was easily room for many more. We spent most of our time in the garage playing ping pong and relaxing on the provided chairs. And also in the basement rec room with all of the great games and TVs to keep up on sports. I need a room like that in my house!!! The hot tub was an added touch on the cool nights and the smokeless fire pit with the provided smores kits was amazing!! The pictures of the pathway to the water and the chairs on the beach by the water is actually a short walk through the subdivision, we were confused by that and had to walk around to find it. But once we did, it was a very nice coffee spot. I've stayed at a lot of VRBOs and this one was by far the best stocked that I've ever stayed at. She thought of everything!! There was more there than we could've ever used actually. We stayed in and cooked/grilled most of our meals. We did venture out for a couple of fun things - Silver Lake Dunes was a little over an hour drive and you can rent your own ATVs to drive on the dunes (age 16 required) which was great fun - We used Silverback Offroad Rentals. We also rented a tritoon boat in Saugatuck (about a 30 min drive) from 1 Adventure Company - we added the tubing package which was also great fun for our group. The home, homeowner and location for this property are all top notch!! I would highly recommend staying here. Our group likes to try new places, but they all said they might be open for staying here again next time.

We had ages 86-15 mos. Everyone loved it. Plenty of room for our group of 10 +baby. Super clean, very well stocked kitchen. Communication with host was quick, efficient and very helpful. Quiet, beautiful neighborhood. I read reviews carefully before I book and I have nothing to add that would make you not book this property
