Easy access to everywhere we wished to visit in Lincoln.
Accommodation was comfortable.
The Studio was adequately equipped.
We were happy with everything.
A cafetiere could be added to the kitchen equipment (luckily we had our own)

Superb location, friendly host, close to the Cathedral. Outdoor seating space with gorgeous view over the garden
Wifi a little unreliable.

Location was fine
A welcome pack - bus routes a map of the area, how to work the coffee machine'
Issues the sink in the bathroom does not seal, the sliding door at the back does not lock, the tea pot is filthy never been cleaned. No instructions on how to increase the heating and a spare blanket would be cold as it is very cold in the flat.
Sorry these are basic things I have found in my long experience with Booking, com.
