We had an amazing stay. The house was very clean and the back yard was amazing! We were constantly playing the number of outdoor games offered. The home was also very close to a lot of attractions. The only things I would take not of was that there is no direct door that connects to the back yard. So we had to leash our dogs to get them out. And the third bed under the bunks was a bit uncomfortable because you could feel the wood underneath. All in all it was a great trio and we would stay here again!

Overall, the place had what we needed. However, some updates could be made. The house had an overall strange smell upon entering. The lighting in the bedrooms was awfully dim. The sheets were old and rough and none of us slept well on the beds. I did have to kill a spider in the dining area during our stay. It was located on a dead end street with plenty of parking so that was nice.

We had a great stay. Loved the backyard activities. Well maintained property with a very well stocked kitchen with all the supplies that we needed. The management team and property owner were great to work with and responded very quickly to our questions. Very quiet neighborhood on a dead end street so very little traffic. Thank you so much for a great stay!

Our stay was very relaxing. The house has plenty of space on both levels. My family was in Denver for a baseball clinic. Yhe neighborhood was quiet, easy to access from I70. The house was clean and the back yard was accomodating with plenty of sitting as area. My only concern were the basement windowells that lacked any type of cover. It was a constant concern with children 5, 6 and 12 year old twins. Overall though we really enjoyed the home. The hostess gifts were an added plus. We will strongly consider staying at the lovey, roomy home again. Thank you.

What a lovely stay we had in this wonderful home in Denver! We had beautiful weather and enjoyed the covered patio in the backyard. The pickleball court was great fun for our range in ages of 7-67! The 7-year-old also ventured into the playhouse. Thank you for the well-stocked kitchen with many supplies and the welcoming treats! The beds were very comfortable, and the home was immaculately clean.
We hope to stay here again in the future!

Place was clean and appeared as photographed. Rained the whole time, so sadly could not truly appreciate the yard.

The property was as described and clean. Very fun for a group. The group before is must have had a lot of fun since the downstairs smelled badly of marijuana. We opened the windows and it subsided after a day or 2. But the place was very fun and the hosts lefts lots of treats and very nice conveniences. Would stay there again

The place was clean, the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, snacks and even wine. There were plenty of areas to relax. The beds were very comfy. They provide shampoo and body wash. The yard was wonderful with cute lights and games, even a play house for the little one. Great yard for the dog. The owner was very helpful, great communication. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

The property was fantastic. The kids loved the basketball hoop as well as the pickle ball court. The layout of the property was perfect. There was plenty of room with the open concept. It was very clean and had all the equipment there to cook meals. We would definitely stay there again on our next visit!

This house is located in Denver in a very quite area. The house has everything you need specially if you are traveling with kids. The house was very clean and had plenty of room for our family of 10. Maintenance crew was very responsive and even the owner came by to drop off a newer coffee maker. I highly recommend this property. It also has plenty of room to park several vehicles

Property was great. Needed a place to stay while the floors in our home were getting finished. First booked 5 nights but ended up needing 7. Also the furnace was not working during the first part of our stay. Management and the owner were helpful and prompt taking care of everything. Would recommend staying at this location.
