Con oltre 1.700 metri quadrati di spazio vitale, questa bella villa �������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������� stata ristrutturata con gusto e dotate di Koa Wood armadietti personalizzati e ripiani in granito in tutto. Bellissimi pavimenti in porcellana sono nella zona giorno, cucina e bagni. Arredi in stile piantagione, un grande televisore a schermo piatto, lettore DVD, docking station per iPod tutti fanno per una vacanza rilassante. La zona giorno ha porte scorrevoli in vetro che si aprono al lanai dove non si vuole perdere i tramonti colorati!
Entrambe le camere sono moquette, dispongono di TV a schermo piatto e bellissimi bagni en-suite. La camera da letto principale dispone di un letto king size con porte che conducono al patio scorrevole - un luogo ideale per godervi una tazza di caff����������������������������������������������������������������� di mattina. La seconda camera ha due letti singoli che possono essere trasformati in un letto king size. Vi ������������������������� anche un materasso gonfiabile regina.
Godere di accesso WiFi a Internet ad alta velocit�����������������������������������������������, parcheggio coperto e una lavatrice / asciugatrice si trova nella villa.

Fantastic Kapalua location. We loved being able to walk to both Kapalua Bay and Napili Bay in about 8 minutes, and having the Honolua Store just a short walk away became part of our daily routine for meals and coffee. The unit was spacious, quiet, and had large bathrooms, which worked great for our family. The condo itself felt somewhat dated, including some linens, and housekeeping could have been better. We found a few dead roaches under a side buffet that had likely been missed during cleaning. We understand Maui is tropical, but it affected our comfort level. Overall, a good stay for the location and space.

The condo was super clean and very spacious. We had a party of 4 with two adults and two teens. The rooms and space fit perfectly for our party. The beach chairs and toys in the outdoor closet were a bonus. The outside lounge chairs were nice in the morning and evening time. The Golf Villa is a nice, quite retreat. We enjoyed Taverna for dinner and the shave ice place on site. It was an easy drive to anywhere else we wanted to go. Kapalua Bay is within walking distance and perfect for snorkeling. We rented a car, and it was nice to have covered parking at the condo.
It would have been nice to utilize the outdoor eating area on the lani, however the table legs were so eroded that the table was no longer secure. It seems the owners might be unaware of the condition of the table, but I would suggest replacing this for future guests.
There are a number of stairs getting to and from the condo. Not a problem for us, but thought it was important to mention for other potential guest.

Kapalua area is beautiful, quiet with stunning views of the ocean but just not this unit. The condo has a stunning view of the 4th fairway but it in no way has an ocean view - one of the primary reasons we booked the condo. It has a peekaboo view of the ocean but not even close to an ocean view where this should be advertised as such. And our other biggest complaint about the unit is there no shade or umbrella on the lanai that shields you from the powerful sun. You basically cannot use the lanai from noon until 6pm because it's just too hot with strong UV rays from the sun.
With that said, the unit is nicely appointed with all the amenities needed for a great and comfortable stay. The beds where comfortable, nice walk-in showers in both rooms and all the kitchenware to be able to cook and enjoy meals at home. It was clean, the pool area was quiet (although no spa was ever located on the property).
If you are not looking for an ocean view condo, this is perfect. If you want an ocean view condo, this isn't one.
