Location.
Poor Kitchen. No cleaning equipment. Dirty (1) T towel. Dirty sink, Bin. Broken/dirty blades on patio blind. Broken arms on Sofa. Carpet underneath glass top dirty and broken (unsteady) carpet. Mat is a trip hazard needs ditching. Over all - needs a blitz. Dirty wall behind second sofa. I doubt the owner has been there for quite some time. Dissapointing.

very cold when we got there. en suite shower wouldn’t turn down so too hot. needed more kitchen equipment
