Good: - New apartment - free parking - modern furniture - balcony

Not good: - WiFi was bad, most time it didnt work - balcony gets very hot, there is nothing like an awning - could be cleaner - coating of the pans is mostly worn off - very loud boiler - You're required to take out the trash and wash the dishes, otherwise, you face a fine. For us, this goes without saying, but I find the threat of a fine inappropriate.

Apartment, peaceful locaton

Moving bicycle in and out of storage was a bit annoying. There are 3 doors (two of them are selfclosing) and two sets of stairs (short entrance stairs and stairs to -1 floor). Kitchen knifes need to be changed or sharpened (i didn find sharpening tool)

Apartment is quite new and it shows. The check in and check out were easy and no-contact.

This is a perfectly fine place, but it lacks that special something to make for a memorable stay. While it has everything you might need, the overall experience was rather uninspiring. For the price, I felt it lacked character and warmth. I feel like a bit of a spoiled brat typing this, but the place could really use some finishing touches. It looks new and smells new, but feels quite empty—it’s not exactly a cozy spot, just a functional one. I have a feeling you’d be able to corroborate my story after staying here yourself lol. One technical tip: the Wi-Fi doesn't work properly on the balcony. This is bound to happen when you lock the router inside a metal electrical box lol.
