I just want to say this was the easiest VBRO process I have ever stayed in.
Property manager very interactive with check in and even checked on us once we got to the property and thru out the time we stayed.
I give this one 5 stars.

I cannot say just how much fun we had on our trip! This house was perfect for us. It was so clean and inviting and the owner was even more amazing. One in our groups has already stayed again and we are planning our next trip. We cannot wait to stay with Michelle again!!

The house is in a great location. It’s a quick walk to the beach access and has an ocean view from the back deck. The fenced in yard and gated deck were just what we needed for the dogs. The layout of the house with the large bedrooms gave everyone the space they needed. Michelle was easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had quickly.

The Beach Barn is in a very convenient location to beaches and shopping. The house was very inviting well stocked with everything you would need. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit, adequate parking and a very clean home. Beach towels, chairs and a buggy were onsite. We will be hopefully stay here again.

First of all - Michelle was the best host we have ever had. She was quick to respond and provide info regarding restaurants, etc. The Beach Barn was exactly as advertised and the layout of the house was great for the six of us. The house was only a short walk to the beach and a wagon and great beach chairs being available was really nice to have. We also found a great restaurant (Surf City Line) within a short walking distance. We would definitely stay here again

This cottage was great for ease of getting to beach. The bedrooms were good size. The kitchen is small for 10 people. Kitchen table large however not enough room for everyone to sit together, no stools at bar. Kitchen supplies very basic. Loved having the Kerug.
The locked temperature control was uncomfortable at times. Controlled by property owner and control tempt was adjusted frequently. Loved the views from decks. Owner was attentive to issue that needed repair.
Family enjoyed the area and hope to return.

Our family included an 88 year old and a person with a chronic health condition, a child, as well as dogs. Our host, Michelle was very kind and accommodating. The property was clean, well-stocked and a very short walk to the beach. Five stars all the way for the attention to detail and a heavy dose of kindness.

Our family rented the Beach Barn for our annual vacation. The host was very responsive (before and during the trip) and so very helpful and friendly. I let her know that I couldn't find the hair dryer, and she quickly placed an Amazon order for a new one. So nice!
We also really enjoyed the location. Nice beach access and the perfect distance from amenities like grocery stores without being too close.

We stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights with 3 young kids and the house was perfect. Close walk to the beach, spacious rooms, well equipped kitchen and the host was very attentive and great with the communication and suggestions. There was wagons and beach chairs that saved us with transporting the kids to the beach. Quite a few things to do around for the rainy days and not far from places to shop. We 100% recommend this rental as it was worth every penny and we will be back.

What a wonderful home and a wonderful owner. Location is awesome. I cannot say enough about this property and the host, Michelle is now our new friend. She is the most responsive person I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She came over and met us and we were thrilled to meet this wonderful lady. House was stocked with a lot of extras and Michelle just wants to make sure you are comfortable and have a great time!. We plan on returning next year.

The property is just as described. Very clean and close to the beach. We were there to visit our son, daughter-in-law and grand-daughter who live nearby. We ate out so we didn’t use the kitchen amenities this trip. It was cold and rainy on our check in and check out days. But Saturday was nice enough to walk on the beach. Very sunny but a little cool. Topsail is a nice place to vacation and this house was perfect.

My family and I stayed in this home for a long weekend to prep for our wedding. We loved this house (especially the cow painting!) Bed and couches were extremely comfy and the views were amazing! Walking distance to the beach access and nice, quiet neighborhood

The beautiful property is just great for its a stone's throw from the public beach access. A well kept home with a decently stocked kitchen with utilities to be able to cook meals at home. I cannot emphasize how incredible the hostess has been with us for she was so accommodating with a few of our requests. So easy to reach and very helpful with recommendations. We will definitely return!

My family and I were on the island to attend my daughter's wedding. The home was clean and perfect for my parents who have difficulty climbing stairs. It was a short walk to the beach and close to a public access site. Michelle was a caring host who went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic. You will not regret renting this property!

House looks and described accurately in listing. Comfy and very close to the beach access. The fenced in back yard was perfect for us since we were traveling with our dog. That is something we rarely find traveling so very appreciative. The beach chairs and wagon were a good thing to have and we used them both. Michelle was super friendly and offered assistance with anything we may need because she knew my fiancé had broken his foot. She also told us about rip current warnings and turtle hatchlings. She is easy to get in touch with also. We would stay there again with no worries. And plan to. Jennifer and Bobby

We had the pleasure of being in this home for almost a week. Everything was clean and fresh, great accommodations and communications with the owner were always seamless. Ms. Hall went above and beyond in every way to be sure that we were comfortable and had all we needed. Proximity to the beach was fantastic! Our 1st trip to the eastern US coast was made even better by our stay here!
