I really liked the location it’s just a 20-minute walk to the Duomo! Navigli is also very easily accessible. I really enjoyed the nearby restaurants and the fact that there weren't many tourists; it’s a very quiet, beautiful area. The apartment itself is tidy and features a lovely interior.

Appartment was warm and cozy. Location was really good (near the metro station, but also nice for a walk toward city centre). Bathroom had floor heating which was a nice surprise in winter months. Host was really responsive and quick to help us with our questions. Great stay overall.
Beds were not uncomfortable but not comfortable either. Some of the chairs or other furniture should be refurbished or replaced as it is a bit worn out.

Quite location, very close to main attractions in Milan. Good communication with the owners.
The furniture in the flat is dated and needs replacement for the price you pay. The sofa bed in the living room is ok-ish for one night but for longer it’s rather uncomfortable. The lift didn’t work so we had to carry the luggage to 2nd floor.

Location is good, a lot of restaurants and shops nearby.
The elevator was broken, which meant 5 stairs with heavy suitcases. Entering the building and room are via a link on a website. The room door and the building worked, entering the front gate did not work, so you have to wait until another person who lives there arrives or leaves. The check instructions state the WiFi password is under the TV , but it was not. I reached out to all 4 provided numbers from persons that would offer assistance, but no one picked up or responded on messages 3 days. The toilet does not flush properly.
