My group of four loved staying at Happy's place. It is a shared home with 3 different properties to rent. We were in the basement, and there was some noise from the group who stayed on the main floor. When I told Happy, she was incredibly kind and handled the situation for us with no issue.
Plenty of room for 4 adults and a full kitchen to make life easy. We would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay and had literally all you could need! I didn't realize she would bring Spaghetti and other food if you asked she is pretty great!

We only stayed for two nights before moving on to other areas of the state, but this property was a great first stop. Convenient from Anchorage, ample space for our family of four and a friendly host.

VRBO was very nice, clean, and quiet. Located in a gorgeous, wooded setting.
Accomodations were one bedroom with a sleeping alcove for children or agile young people.
There were comfortable fold out beds in two couches for extra sleeping space.
Our host was very gracious and we would certainly stay there again.

This listing exceeded my expectations. It is even nicer and more comfortable in person. It is HARD to find a reasonably priced place that can accommodate our 5 small children, let alone a place that actually is made to WELCOME them. This place is stocked with child-friendly toys, dishes and utensils, and sleeping spaces. Happy was so kind and allowed us a late checkout after a crazy busy trip the day before. I would 100% stay here again and recommend this listing to others. I don’t think I’ve ever been so happy with a VRBO house before.

We found the property well cared for, the owner attentive of our needs, and the location minutes away from most things but private. We were even able to see a moose and her calf in the neighborhood.
Our only problem was we didn't realize just what the second bedroom was- the cave- but it worked out well enough for our 2 night stay, and all 8 in our party were accomidated by the beds available.

this is our first time renting private residence. pre arrrival Happy answered all our questions promptly. we arrived very late, and Happy gave us very clear instructions and check in process is seamless. she baked deicuous cinnamon rolls for. us and.everyone in our family enjoyed. the property is very clean, well stocked, and has everything we need. the owners made us feel very welcomed. everyhing is perfect. the night before we left, Happy was very kind to notify us.that there was a large moose in the yard, everyone came out and took.lots of.pictures. this.was one of our highlights of the trip. Thanks to Happy and Brian who made our stay enjoyable and comfortable. Definitely will come back.

We previously lived in Anchorage and returned for a visit. This was a great hillside location. The "hideout" was great even for my teenager. The flour, rice, etc were all date labeled so we knew everything was fresh. Our only glitch was the lock. It was tricky but we figured it out with assistance from property owners. They were quick to respond. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay!

Beautiful property. Our family loved the stay . We enjoyed the warm cinnamon rolls by the host. The hostess is very approachable and kind. Definitely will book again if going to that area .

Felt so welcomed
The owner contacted me before we left home to see if we needed anything++even offered to pick up groceries if we would be arriving late (above and beyond expectations). The location of the home made it super easy to access multiple tourist sites and Alaska is a beautiful state. The owner kept in touch by email for any questions we had. She even had a microwave replaced promptly after it stopped working. And I definitely want to mention the pan of luscious cinnamon rolls (homemade) that she left in our room for us. Depending on the size of your group, having one bathroom could present a challenge but there were only 3 of us so no problem. We would definitely stay here again if we have the opportunity. Many thanks to the owners for all they did to make our trip a success.

Happy and Brian were great hosts! They communicated with us regularly and made sure everything was going well on our trip. A big surprise was Happy made us home made cinnamon rolls which were delicious and very over the top for hospitality! We were very pleased with our stay and we would stay here again.

We loved our stay here! It is especially great for families with kids. There were a lot of toys and games available to use. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to prep our meals.

Everything was perfect. Brian and Happy have a very well-stocked vacation rental, all organized nicely. Condiments present in the kitchen are helpful to cook with. Awesome Anchorage apartment
Brian and Happy made us extremely welcome and over the top helpful during our stay. We can't imagine anyone not being very pleased when staying here. We would definitely stay here again if we needed a place to stay in Anchorage.

Exactly as Advertised
This was a wonderful place to stay! The hostess was gracious and met us at 11:00 pm when we checked in. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of room for our entire group. I highly recommend this property.
