Staff very helpful and friendly. Quick answer to exchange prior check in. Next to river access to the water activities as well as good seafood restaurant

Very small bathroom with very little sink hard to put stuff when you are family. Just not convenient.

There are not many hotels in kuala selangor. The hotel is a very small one. The room was clean but i dun think i would stay more than a night because there is nothing around the area, apart from seafood restaurant and tourist ferries.

There is only an india and a chinese restaurant which are open for breakfast and lunch. So breakfast is limited. But i guess everyone ate so Much seafood in evening that he dun need breakfast. We came to the hotel around 1hr earlier than check-in(3pm), the hotel lobby was small and other was another family who took over all possible spaces, they spread their belongings all over the place. We were actually tired from our drive and would like to hang out in the lobby too. But we felt so unwelcomed and the lady at the counter only told us rudely that we came too early. And ignored us when we said we would like to stay in the lobby. So we left and went to a supermarket. When we came back at 4pm, the new check-in staff were great and friendly(a lady and a man).

The room size was okay, love the balcony for the river view, bathroom got all the necessary amenities, the town view was okay because I can see my car, parking is quite numerous, got a lot of Chinese seafood restaurants nearby, aircond and tv works well, staff was friendly, got hot water dispenser out on the hall

Elevator is very slow, need cash deposit but wasnt mentioned in the description or message,

Smelled very musty, enough that I checked out a day early. Was booked for 3 nights was there 20 minutes an went down to cancel 3 night. Refused to refund the third night. The room was minuscule. Shower and toilet next to each other so when you shower everything gets wet, if you use the toilet after showering you walk in ti water.
