Outstanding apartment, close to the parks, next to a shopping plaza with grocery store and other restaurants and stores. Ample space for a big family with its 3 bedrooms and sofa bed. Very quiet neighborhood. Absolutely recommend.

As a whole the unit was very clean (despite the rugs) and everything was in working order. The check-in process was seamless, the kitchen, bathrooms were well stocked with the necessities and getting extra supplies was a breeze. I would have given the stay 5 stars if it hadn't been for the area rugs in the unit and the comfort level of the living area. The area rugs in the unit desperately need to be replaced. The one in the living room is thread-bare, fraying and stained. The rugs in the bedrooms also need to be replaced. The living room needs more comfortable seating and end tables by the couch would be great. We had a great time and the neighborhood was quiet and close to Universal and shopping, I would say the visit was a success and I would stay again. The owners needs to invest a little money in new area rugs and the unit would have been perfect!

The property has a great location! However there was no body to talk to. The elevator needed help cleaning because somebody had throwed up a little in there. We got in the evelator at 6:30pm and then back at 9:30pm and it was still dirty. Also, not all the fees are listed on the online listing like parking fees and Vrbo fees. The rest of the stay was good.

We stayed in Vista Cay for our daughter’s AAU volleyball tournament. While the condo is spotless, spacious, and has everything you need, there are issues we faced that we would not face had we chosen another place. As an engineer, I can appreciate using technology to communicate. However, when there is an issue, you want to speak to a person. Sonder uses their own app to communicate with you. I reported in the app via chat that our unit would not cool past 75 degrees in the evening even though it was set at 67. The app stated someone would come to repair it. No one came. That night, none of us slept well and our daughters had to play the next day. We all were exhausted day 1 of the tournament: The next morning I had to research to find a phone number to speak to customer service that is located overseas. They said someone be there at 10:30 am when they report to work. Who reports to work at 10:30 am? I demanded my money back for that one night, and they did finally agree: I received a note in the app later that day, that the issue was resolved. It was not. Three more nights of 75 degrees for sleeping was their solution. We all think (all three adults are engineers) that the system is programmed to cool in the day and not at night to save money. The unit would be cool during the day (we had AM wave so that was no benefit to us) and 75 degrees between 8 pm to 3 am. It’s Orlando in June. It’s always hot, not just during the day. Epic fail.

Our club stays at this resort every year for a volleyball tournament. I really like staying on the smaller side of the resort. This was our first time at this property and it easily met our needs. The beds are very comfortable!

This is the first time I've stayed at this property, but it won't be my last. My husband and I were looking for a place to take a family vacation with our three, very tall adult sons. This condo had so much room for us, and the bathrooms were amazing! There are two pools on the property and a great walking path that goes around two beautiful ponds, which we really enjoyed. Along with being close to the grocery store (walking distance!), and some great places to eat, this condo was so close to everything we wanted to do, yet was also far enough away from the big theme parks that it was quite and relaxing. The kitchen is well stocked and had so many plates and mugs that I couldn't believe it. There's a full sized washer and dryer as well. It was just perfect! The only request I have is to put some hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels on. Other than that, it was just wonderful!
