багато пилу в батареях і багато волосся на підлозі. Бажано пилососити, а не шваброю волосся розтягувати волосся по підлозі

Відсутність води А саме те що насоси не витягують воду до 16 поверху !!! Не заселяйте в такі апартаменти,враження максимально жахливі!!!

In general everything was ok

Construction works nearby. You can easily hear noise from other apartments. The water was a little dirty, with the rust.

Really enough stuff: one use slippers, toothbrush+toothpaste, dispensers with shampoo and gel (?), cotton pads and sticks, even some torch! Also guess you don't find another room in Kyiv with washing machine and microwave oven for same price! Also we have enough dishes and cutlery.

So hard to reach, also app chat will looks like it will managed by dumb bot, seems you must to call to book a room correctly. Bed cover will have few almost invisible stains, hope that I don't seen them next time.

The location of the apartment is convenient, close to metro. It is new, fully furnished, good wi-fi. The person who was meeting us very helpful, agreed to change the towels in the middle of our stay.

The flat is really tiny. There were some essential utilities missing in a kitchen like a dish towel, a rag, a trash bag. We had problems with the TV, it was not working, and there were no heating in the end of November, using air conditioning all the time is not the best option.

The room was very comfortable and clean.

It was difficult to find the way to the apartment. All information were in Ukrainian. If you speak English only it's difficult

Very clean and good price. Had most things with a few nice touches like washing machine tablets for a single use, toiletries and water bottles.

Seems a little small (initially) but good enough for one's needs. Shame there wasn't an iron, it's something you expect to find in an apartment (especially as there was an ironing board outside). A map provided by the people would help in finding this page otherwise quite difficult to find.
