Beautiful property, delicious food, very friendly staff

It was bright, airy, clean and comfortable.

At first the lobby was overly crowded, but they had multiple events that weekend.

Such a beautiful, modern, and relaxing hotel. Right when you walked in, it smelled so good.

Nothing I didn’t like.

The view is amazing! We love the restaurant, great food and service. Excellent Coffee bar. Wonderful pool for relaxing. Brilliant location to travel to the Niagara Falls by car and stay out of the mainstream.

Parking cost are a bit bizarre in this town. It’s more expensive to park here in-front of the hotel than at Niagara Falls.

Modern decor and awesome pool and gym

Everything was excellent but my favorite part had to be dinner at Isabelle Restaurant! Top notch. The atmosphere, the staff, the food, everything was amazing.

I didn't like that I couldn't stay more nights!

The rooms were stunning and beds extremely comfy — like sleeping on a cloud. The hotel was so clean and smelled amazing. Pool was beautiful and restaurant, delicious.

Only disappointment was that the spa doesn't take appointments on Mondays, and that's when we were there.

Paid for a room that was supposed to have a balcony… upon checking in they then told me that room wasn’t available and downgraded my room without a price downgrade paid 600 for a small room pretty ridiculous if you ask me

Loved everything, unfortunately just a bit expensive

Is located by the lake with beautiful view and an infinity pool with a lake view too. For those who love water it’s a heavenly place.

Gorgeous hotel, great products in washrooms and Nespresso in rooms. Breathtaking view of the lake and beside a lovely walking path. the location is wonderful. It’s in walking distance to so many great restaurants and venues.

It’s extremely loud and the rooms and halls are very small, even the suites. There are no change rooms for the pool.

Nice view, ok food. The Bean bar is mild expensive but great good bread, buns and drinks the in house restaurant very expensive but just ok on flavor half hen and sides but brings to room faster then you can get ice and a drink ready. The in room chips and drinks are nice. Max clean. Ice and water, soaps and such. Nice bed, computer, tv, phone.... couch.

I was sick so I wanted to stay longer but it was not in the cards. The time I was there I ate and rested with a drink and a view. Also missed out on the pool but it was bad timing for me.

- restaurant has good food and view - interior is good - guest service is fast - clean and comfortable - water and ice machine on each floor is easily accessible - TV is easy for casting

- water pressure in the shower room is too low
