Great position and well presented
Need some softer down or feather pillows - current ones are like bricks

Its easy to follow instruction and directions are good - Much better than Sykes the week before who were shocking
Everything was just perfect - Appreciated the bottle of Fiz but I'm not a Prosecco man.
I did try and book for a second week but not possible which was a shame.

Great location. Lovely views from the balcony over Ambleside and Fells beyond. Apartment was well equipped and comfortable for two. Very short (if steep) walk into the heart of town.
