So much to like about this property…The owners and staff were very kind and helpful; the room was modern, clean, and well appointed; the breakfast buffet offerings were extensive; and the view from our window/private patio was beautiful.
This property is away from the center of town, making it feel like a peaceful retreat right across from the lake. It’s a pretty 20-30 min walk mostly along the lake into town.
We read the description, so it was no problem for us, but you do have to be prepared to walk to and from town as there really aren’t taxis for local use and you have to walk up over 90 steps to get to the room

We love that it was not in the center of town but close enough to walk. The view was incredible.
This is a dumb question because we loved everything

Amazing place. Impeccable staff and service, comfortable rooms with great balconies offering a perfect Lake Como view, great (shared) jacuzzi (with the same view), nice breakfast, free parking.
The mini-fridge in the room could be larger.
For some reason, the associated boat rental company did not respond to my booking attempts online (neither via their website - and I did complete the reservation process - nor email). In any case, the BB's management did volunteer to help with the issue.
