Hotel Garni Alpenruh

I did receive an upgrade from a single room, probably because not all the rooms were booked during my midweek visit. My room had a nice balcony, as well as a table to have snacks at, and two comfortable reading chairs. The owner made sure to explain everything in details, showing me how the reading lights worked, and even sharing hiking tips. She and her husband run a little old-timey general store in the same building which is worth a visit. The pillows were comfortable and not too high. There was a common room downstairs with free tea and a sofa but with the nice view from upstairs I didn't use it. I thought this place was a great find.

I was very satisfied with my stay

Ideal location near the Bahnhof. Friendly welcome from the owners. Room was spacious although the bathroom was tight.
