This home is ideal if you are looking for a spacious home for a family of 4-5. Our only complaint would be the bed pillows were a bit uncomfortable. The owner did a fantastic job of communication and we had a very relaxing experience overall.

First are the pros of our stay. The house is nicely renovated, very clean and modern. The ammenities that the host offered were good, coffee, laundry soap, etc. The yard is well kept. The downside of this rental was that the air conditioning was not working. The host asked that the air conditioning not be turned below 70 degrees. The outside temperatures during our stay were 80-87 degrees. When we would return to the home after our daily travels, the temp in the house was 78-82 degrees, and the air was not running. When I tried to lower it to see if it would come on, nothing happened. I lowered it to 68 degrees and the display on the smart thermostat showed it was a heat setting, not air conditioning. There were no operating instructions for this thermostat. There was no contact number to reach the host. Contact to the host was to be made through the vrbo app. Unfortunately I don't have a smart phone, I have a standard flip cell phone, so I was not able to contact the host. At night the outdoor temp would drop into the 50's, with a nice breeze. However, in the welcome book supplied by the host, it states that windows are to be kept closed, and clamps were screwed on the the window jams so you couldn't open them. So it was very hot an uncomfortable in the house. The air conditioning unit outside never came on at all during our entire stay. The home is located in a nice quiet neighborhood with one exception. It is a residential street with a posted speed limit of 25mph. The street is used as a pass through between two major roads, and is quite busy all day. Some people would adhere to the posted speed limit, but the majority of cars traveling down the street are traveling between 35-45mph's. As far as attractions, the Tampa Zoo is about two miles away, but most other attractions are 25 minutes or more to get too. As I said the house is very nice and comfortable. I would have given a higher rating, if it were not for the air conditioning and traffic issue. On a final note, we did take the trash can to the street as requested by the host. We also put their mail in the last drawer at the end of the counter, left of the sink.

Great access to airport and downtown. The home was spacious with more than generous supply of coffee, cooking supplies and comforts of home.

The property was perfect and much bigger than we expected. Room for the 8 of us. What really made it though was the extra touches the owner gave. Coffee, tea, spices, beach towels, shampoo / body wash, corn hole. The unit is new and modern looking. So many things that added to our stay. We are definitely staying here again!! Thank you Keri!!

House was perfect location for graduation activities, close to campus. House stocked very well with everything we neded. Outdoor space nice. Loved fenced yard for doggie. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home.

This 4 bedroom/3 bath home was perfect for our "boys" quick weekend trip. Amazing updated home within walking distance to restaurants/bars and shopping. Our trip centered around the Buccaneers game. Roughly 2 miles away thus an easy Uber ride and/or we decided to walk back after the game. It was clutch that this home came fully stocked with coffee, filters, and K-cups. Our entire group would stay here again. This house would work great with 3-4 couples looking to get away and/or 2 families with numerous aged kids too.

This VRBO house provided the perfect, centrally-located venue for family to gather on the occasion of the overseas deployment of one of our precious family. Keri was a perfect host. Quick, timely, and helpful communication made everything so smooth so that we could focus on important matters at hand . . . family. We enthusiastically remmend this VRBO listing.

We had a great stay, although the house was smaller than expected, it was newly renovated, very clean, and all amenities were readily available. The house is centrally located with a Publix just 2-3 minutes away. Keri, our host, was very kind and quick to respond to all our needs. She even contacted me before hand to see if we may need a blow-up mattress for a smaller child. We enjoyed our stay!
