During my recent stay at Marhaba Deira Hotel, I experienced several service issues that I would like to formally raise. The front office staff member, Mr. Kamal, was unable to clearly explain hotel policies and initially refused to provide his name. His communication was rude and unprofessional. Furthermore, he did not properly review or clarify the details of my extension booking, and the information provided was inconsistent. I was also concerned about the lack of respect for guest privacy. Both front office and housekeeping staff behaved in a manner that did not reflect professional hospitality standards. I hope management will investigate this matter and take appropriate steps to improve staff training, communication, and respect for guest privacy.
