Great property with a great host

The property was very clean and well stocked. Beautiful house and grounds.

This house is brand new and was perfect for our 3-generations family gathering - 6 adults and 4 children, ranging in ages from 7mo-81 years. The large, open kitchen/family room/dining room was a perfect gathering place throughout the day and evenings. There was plenty of room for everyone - to find a quiet spot if needed and to enjoy different activities - either on the upper or lower levels, on the screened porch, the large deck or near the pool. All the bedrooms were comfortable, with enough space for everyone, and even the primary bedroom's closet was more than big enough to keep our infant grandchild in his pack n' play close to his parents during the night - a perfect spot! The wonderful pool was a daily highlight (with lots of pool toys and floaties), as was the proximity of the house to a variety of glorious beaches (and sand dunes), to peach and apple picking, and to town with a variety of shops and food options. The house also has many activity options in addition to the wonderful pool; our grandchildren enjoyed the video games, the basketball hoop, scooters, and we all enjoyed a family tournament of Corn Hole. A short walk took us up to the cliffs above the lake where we also enjoyed a glorious sunset as well as daily walks along the road above the lakeshore. Chadd (the property manager) and the owner were readily available for all our questions leading up to our stay and upon departure. The house is located on a quiet, large, well-kept, private, wooded property which was simply a perfect home-base for a lovely, relaxing vacation week!
