Place was perfect! Great walking access to slopes, restaurants, and the hot tub. It was clean updated and property manager had great communication!

Fantastic stay with all the amenities needed, and location couldn't be better. Parking on site, minutes walk to lifts, and great communication. Will definitely book again next time skiing takes us to Copper!

I booked this place for my parents to get away, and from what they have told me they really enjoyed it! Mind you they went towards the off season. So there really were not a lot of folks and shops open/they were closing for the season. They did mention there were other activities to do outside and you do have to pay for those activities. For the most part they enjoyed the time they had to rest.
Tim is a great host! He kept the communication prompt and current, and if there were any problems, not there were any, he was more than willing to help.
Would stay again!

My husband and I got a way for a quick three day stay in Copper Mountain. The studio condo was perfect. It was stocked with everything you need, clean and great location. Highly recommend this condo. We will be back again for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay for the Colorado Field Ornithologists convention. The property was clean and convenient with good amenities, and the Murphy bed was comfortable and easy to open up. The host provided great instructions and the check-in process was fast and easy. The only downside was highway noise (hence the 4 stars for location) but that's not the fault of the host. This was our first Vrbo but will definitely not be our last!

This property is well taken care of and extremely clean and nice. Has every amenity you could need and is very conveniently located within the Copper Mountain Village. Will definitely stay here again.

Great renting this studio from Tim! He communicated with us at every step in the process. The place was clean and cozy! The ski lockers are useful for a few skis or a couple boards. Loved how the kitchen was stocked with essential cookware! This location is an easy walk from the American Eagle/Flyer lifts in Center Village. Would recommend this place for 1-3 friends or a family of 4. Hot tub access is clutch!

I cannot say enough good things about this condo. It is a quick walk to the lifts and all of the restaurants in Copper. The owner Tim was great to work with, and his communication was excellent.
The condo itself is in great shape and stocked with everything you need. We really appreciated the bathroom shampoo and soap that was provided. Additionally, unlike most rentals, the kitchen was stocked with quality dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots and pans. We cooked breakfast every morning and came in for lunch from the slopes- that is how close it is to the base of the mountain!
We stay at an average of 4-5 VRBO properties a year and this by far is one of the best we have ever stayed at. We can't wait to come back!
Tip: The Summit Stage free bus stops right out front of the complex!

Great condo and building! Very clean and updated condo, even the cookware and dish ware is upgraded. Plenty of room for a family of 3. Located in the heart of Center Village, 5 minute walk to American Eagle and Flyer lifts. You will enjoy staying here!

Clean, nice, this was a great spot for 3 friends skiing at Copper. Super accessible, very clean, fully stocked kitchen even with Tupperware (which is always missing in ski rentals!). Super fast walk to the lift. Tim was very quick and responsive.

My wife and I had an excellent stay in Tim’s condo at Passage Point. The room was very clean, well-furnished , all the amenities were abundant and well-thought out. Even the provided toiletries were the same products we normally use at home. The location was perfect; just far away enough from the bustle of the middle of Center Village, but a very short walk to the resort chairlifts.
Tim is a great host and very thorough in his communication prior to check-in and easily accessible for questions during our stay.
We’ll definitely book with Tim again in the future for our next snowboarding trip getaway at Copper Mountain.

We were in a perfect location to enjoy the fall foliage, bike paths and just traveling to places we haven’t seen in years. The condo was lovely, and very clean. Tim was the perfect host. We would love to return.

Great experience renting from Tim. His condo was very clean, comfortable and was perfect for what I needed. Communication with Tim was great, instructions to the condo was very clear and the check in process was super easy..
The location is only 10 minutes from the Dillon area and about 25 minutes to Leadville. I higjly recommend staying here.
