The location was excellent, and the view from the window was absolutely stunning, overlooking the beautiful Bosphorus Strait. Sinan and the rest of the staff were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay.
We felt that the furniture could have been a little newer and sturdier, and the bedroom was slightly smaller than we had expected. Nevertheless, we appreciated our stay and wanted to share this feedback for future improvement.

Great location, wonderful staff!
The rooms are a bit outdated, but otherwise the hotel is quite nice.

Staff were amazing, specially Sina who was really nice, kind and helpful during the whole stay we had with our family with 2 rooms.
The street it is located on was very steep, which is to some extent applicable to most accommodation in Istanbul. The shower and overall bathroom and kitchen was a bit old and could be done or renovated.
