This was a family ski trip. We arrived at approximately 1pm, the cleaning lady allowed us to leave 2 birthday cakes and we agreed to return at 4pm, the time of check in. We arrived at 430pm the cleaner was still on the premises and not done cleaning, we waited at the lowest level. We arrived during snowfall and had lots of young children with us it was cold we didnt want to wait outside. The cleaning lady informed us she was finished around 530 and we were allowed to roam the house. I was immediately disappointed, the house was dirty, hair in all of the tubs, hair on toilet seats, the oven was so filthy i was scared to use it, pots had grease in them and the refrigerator crumbs. The brown leather sofa had a large rip in the arm, and when you walk on the floor the bathroom on the 2nd floor light goes on and off. the carpet on the stairs was ripped, i was scared the kids were going to trip, the shower on the second floor leaks, water pressure in kitchen was very low. The bathroom on the 3rd floor leaks into the full size bedroom on 2nd floor. There were 2 towels in each bedroom and thats all we had no extras. I contacted the host and she just said they were working on getting a new cleaner. I tried to contact the host once we checked out, I would never have spent that amount of money on a home in this condition. And no response. Unless they fix this home. Do Not RENT!

Great stay

This place is absolutely gorgeous and is even prettier in person. We recently stayed at this property for my best friends bachelorette "party" Dec2 through Dec 5th. The bride requested something chill, low-key and intimate so she could relax and unwind before the big day. I couldn't be happier with her reaction and the amount of compliments from all the girls about how great this property was! The fire-pit and hot tub were a HUGE hit, not to mention the amount of beds, towels pillows, blankets, etc. The view is even better. The house was within walking distance or a short ride to a few cute restaurants ( like Nicks!) and was only a 28 min drive to Jim Thorpe, AKA Christmas town ( you must go! seriously out of a hallmark movie). Since we couldn't go tubing as planned due to the ski resorts not being open yet, we drove about 30 min or so to camelback for some waterpark fun. We are all adults ranging from early 30's to mid 40's and had a blast. Martin and Bethann were the best hosts I have encountered. They were so responsive and went above and beyond in every single way possible. ( they even left a sweet welcome coffee package with local coffee brews for us). Every time I had a question , Bethann responded within minutes! If you are looking for a little piece of harmony at the lake, I highly recommend this place. My friends and I already are trying to figure out a date to come back. Thanks again for the awesome place to stay and helping us create some of the best memories!

I hosted a Bachelorette weekend with 15 other ladies and this was the perfect place to stay! Bethann was the ultimate person to communicate with and made every step leading up to the big event so easy and such a breeze, I could not say enough nice things about her. The house was super spacious, more than I even imagined after looking at the pictures and the main living room/kitchen area is stunning. All of the girls loved the rooms/beds and everyone had a lot of room. Great location and close to enough to do mini trips out of the house but ultimately we stayed in the entire time! Would definitely recommend.

We had a great stay at the Lake Harmony property. The kids enjoyed the hot tub in the snow and we enjoyed a fire outback with a bear as a visitor. All in all a great property!

The family had a great weekend! The house was perfect for our family size with enough room/space for all. The kids enjoyed making s’mores in the fire pit. Also a great location and close to the restaurants.

My friends and I stayed here over the weekend and had plenty of space to accommodate all of us! The house was well equipped with everything we needed and was in a great location. The owner and team were very responsive and clear about their check in/check out process. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!

The owner and property manager easy to reach and reply quickly. The firewood being available was a plus for sure! The home is just a short drive to beach or small market. Restaurants near by is great for all ages!

The hot tub on the downstairs deck worked great and pool table was a nice addition to the place. We also got passes to a small, free beach on the Lake, which was a perfect place for us to hang after our kayaking trip. The hosts were very accommodating and resolved any issues we had quickly and effectively. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay at a great property. Our 9 men easily fit into the 7 bedrooms. Almost all had a room to them selves. The kitchen table was more than large enough for hearty dinner and the late night Poker game. % minutes to Split Rack golf course, 10 to Jack Frost. The whole crew was happy to see the provided linens and toiletries. In addition to great pre-trip service and a wonderful home the management team's post care service is outstanding. The minute I notified them about some valuables I left in the house, they quickly recovered them and mailed them to me.

My only complaint was the place could’ve been cleaner, there was a lot of dirt and crumbs on the tables, chairs and floors and obviously haven’t been wiped or vacuumed on a while. Some of the walls were dirty and could tell it hasn’t been cleaned in a while.
