Nice location close to lovely Scopello, Zingaro National Parc and the lovely place of the old Tonnara. Beautiful coast and clear seawater. The house shares a private path with two other houses down to the sea with a rocky beach. Nice for a morning swim. The house itself has a big veranda. The garden is beautiful with lemontrees and bougainvilleas. I loved watching the different beautiful butterflies while having a morning coffee on the back yard terrace.

Unfortunately the house is not well maintained. The kitchen is not good equipped, the dishes are old, not enough wineglases, old pans, no dishwasher. The furniture is mostly old, the bedrooms are very small, also the beds are not comfortable. The artificial flowers in the living room and on the terrace are not nice. The two bathrooms are actually new, but the sink didn't work properly. Only three towels for 13 days for each person. The fotos are much more nicer than in reality. In our opinion the price for the house is to high for that what you get. It is a pitty, because the location is beautiful, but the house did see better days and needs more maintenance and care.
