White Shell Beach Villas

The resort was QUIET. There were a good number of other visitors at the resort but it was so quiet and peaceful. And once you were in the villa it was like the outside world just disappeared. We loved the villa we rented. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom was roomy with plenty of mirror space for two people to get ready side by side. The provided iron and ironing board were really appreciated, and having a fully stocked kitchen was really appreciated as well. Breakfast was excellent. The pool and spa area are also super nice, and never felt crowded while we were there. The lunch menu was good, we really enjoyed the chicken on the bread, and the drinks were amazing. We especially loved Sergio and Raj, those guys were awesome! The parking garage is underground so your car isn't burning up, which is lovely.

This is just personal preference, but we found that we were a little too far from Aramaco de Pera to walk. We really loved exploring the Algarve and it was a 15-20 minute drive to Portimao or Albufeira, so that's something to factor into your plans.

Gorgeous apartment in the perfect location. They had everything to make a wonderful holiday for our family - beach toys, parasols, body boards, high chairs, cots. We didn’t have to think about a thing. Fabulous pools, spa and outdoor spaces.

The location was great - right near the beach. The pool was nice. The grounds were pretty. The villa was huge, very comfortable, and clean.

We had an ant problem. The first person we encountered to help us was super helpful but then when we needed more assistance, and the staff came across as rude and unhelpful. Honestly, I think they took care of the problem but they could have communicated better with us. The pool was nice, but seagulls kept floating in it. They need to do a better job keeping the seagulls away. The pool grossed us out because of that. I thought the price was very high for what we got. Overall, we had a good experience; I just expected more given how much we were paying.

Quiet spacious rooms. A washing machine and dishwasher. Good sized pool. Super helpful staff. We're already planning a return visit, which I've done before!
