The location is great, close to the train station and water. The air conditioner was very good (but a bit noisy).
The apartment and furnishings are a bit old/basic but good value for what it is. The restaurant and path under the window can get loud, but only bothered us one night out of three.

Friendly owner, great location in the heart of the best Cinque Terre village, great air conditioning, plenty of space
Slightly tricky to find and up some steep steps.
