Affordable and have the basic facilities. The staff is attentive to our questions and need. The scenery also good.
The location is a bit far from Sri Bintan Pura Port.

simply beach front stay, for those who like a quiet beach front with basic room, sea was calm, not those big wave beach front. room was not big but acceptable. more backpacking style stay.
not much activity, swimming pool was rather small. the AC outdoor unit hanging right outside your wooden wall. for me it's ok but maybe for those more sensitive person might be disturbing

The location is absolutely stunning!!! But it is one hour drive from ferry terminal . Beach is just a step opposite to the property
The room size is small and its like a old property no proper maintenance
