Our stay at La Palma was very nice. It is very well located, just a short walk from the beach, and many other services and restaurants, and in a very quiet place at the same time. I would say that definitely the location is the top feature of this house, but the house itself is also very very nice. Would stay here again for sure, if we go to San Vito Lo Capo again.

Had to park the car a few streets away because the street is restricted parking only. Managing the garbage every day, according to specific garbage types pickups, is a bit anoying to be honest, for someone that is used to a different system in my country.

Location and outside space, nice neighbours.

We separated all our rubbish eg glass, plastic, paper, food waste and put into bins. The owner then wanted us to take all our individual rubbish to the tip. Really? There was nowhere to sit, no couch only chairs, shower only stayed hot for about 5 mins. Very dated old accomodation. It didnt feel like a holiday home, it felt like staying in your nans house after she has passed away. It had draws padlocked......why dont you just remove it and put a couch there?Noise coming from somewhere that I couldn't work out, sounded like an engine running. Communication was short and blunt and not very welcoming. On our last day the owner messaged simply saying, leave the tax on the table and then "when are you leaving my property". Not..".I hope you enjoyed your stay." Would go back to San vito but wouldn't stay here.
