The location
The massive noise from the pub, including after hours & starting music at 7am

The view was superb, the room had all the facilities we required. Everything worked and it was easy to park shortern outside.
We knew the room was over a noisey pub and expected the noise at night. Unfortunately this was also an issue in the early morning with deliveries and cleaners. Parking close by can cost up to £15 per day.

Mostly everything
Unacceptable volume of noise on 3 or 4 nights from live music in pub below which marred the experience. Lov
