Very nice hotel room with balcony.
Room at the front of the hotel had a lot of noise from traffic outside. Shower door didn't close properly so water escaped into the main bathroom.

There is a coffee shop right at ground floor.
Sound around still can be heard from inside the room. No park in walking distance.

Little cozy hotel not far from the lake.
The staff is nice and helpful, and the two dogs at the reception are very cute.
The room is big enough for two people and very quiet.
Not enough light for the makeup.
There is a nice coffee shop on the first floor with good coffee, but there was no baked goods while we were staying at the hotel.

The hotel is close to city centre (Xuan Huong lake, night market, etc), room is spacious and new. The staff were very nice and can help you book hotel transfer, motorbike or suggest places or restaurants to visit. They also have a cafe with good coffee and fruit yoghurt, plus two dogs (mom and son) that are quite shy of guests but really cute :)
The hotel is by the main road so if you stay in a room facing the front can be somewhat noisy (we've got the room changed when asked the receptionist with no problem)

Great location, on not too busy street. Hotel have spacous nice courtyard, also have good coffee shop at hotel. Room is clean and tidy, wifi is perfect, tivi chanel is various also include Netflix. View from balcony is spectacular.
If much better if we have some tea bag in room. Our room quite big so TV quite small so if bigger may better.

Good location, extremely clean for a Vietnamese hotel, great room with balcony and soft sheets, very helpful friendly host. Everything about our stay in Minh Chi was absolutely perfect. This hotel is by far the best value you'll find in Vietnam.

The room and bathroom were very comfortable and clean, lots of natural light, nice mattress and bedding. Kettle and mugs in room.
The hotel owner is really friendly and helpful, helping us check COVID requirements, book airport transfers etc.
The location is also good, very close to the lake and some nice spots for food and drink.
Unfortunately, due to COVID, the cafe was closed and the usual breakfast service not provided. The cafe was one of the reasons we ended up picking this hotel, as we'd heard the breakfasts were really good and it's nice to have somewhere to relax other than the room.
Of course, the hotel isn't at fault as COVID prevention measures need to be followed, but it did have a negative impact on our stay. It would have been better for the hotel to tell us ahead of our arrival that not all facilities were up and running, so that we could have changed our plans as necessary, rather than us only finding out on arrival.
