Emplacement très proche à la plage

The location was close to the marina and very spacious.
The garden furniture and cushions were mouldy and broken . The jacuzzi bath leaked and the towels were old with holes in some of them . The overall villa needs some attention to update the facilities.

Spacious, had everything you needed.
Patio door was stiff to lock and cushion covers outside weren’t the comfiest, also more seats/beds at pool would be nice.

AC available in every room. Comfortable beds.
They announced garage in the listing and then they told us that it isn’t included. Parking was challenging…
Another thing is that it is not really 3 minutes from the beach…that’s another lie to make it look better.
Another “lie” is the picture of the swimming pool, it is really tiny and the picture make it look much better than it is.
Another thing is that the deposit was retained for way longer than it should…we had to claim it back multiple times until it was returned!
