Location is perfect. Everything is close! The apartment is clean and have everything you need. Easy getting the keys & check out.
You cannot hear the npise outside eventhough the location is in the central of the old town
-It was a bit hard to find the place as the picture on the site is a bit different in person (does not have the signage that say “herbarium”
-how we wish there was a microwave then it would be perfect!
-the bed was a bit hard
-there was no information about how we will get our breakfast that was included in our booking. We tried sending a message through this site but no response, then we found a paperbag with food outside the door but it was not the package we ordered. The food was not really outstanding we just decided to skip it for the next day of our stay.

The apartment is in a perfect location (center of the old town), <10 min walk from Krakow main train station, and very spacious (three bedrooms). Rooms are clean. After checking out, we could store luggages until our train time (6pm. great!!). If we visit Krakow again, we will definitely consider staying here.
It took a bit effort to get the key because we don't have phone service there. It would be nice to add an option of using either Booking.com message or emails. We had to ask someone to lend us a phone call. It's better to have curtain for the kitchen window and balcony window.

Ambiente pulito, ottima collazione. Consiglio veramente."
