Location was great. Easy access to the waterfront and walking distance to the Audrain Museum for car activities during the Audrain Concourse. Communication with hosts was outstanding. Unit was very clean. A full kitchen was available for all units.

Cleanliness, location, comfort
The bed was a bit soft for our preference, but still good.

Quiet, clean and modern.
Generously sized common areas and very large common kitchen.
We would come back again.
Even though this is a seven unit building, the off street parking will probably only really accommodate five or six cars.
Beds are too soft and too low.
There are a couple of doors in the unit and in the building that could probably benefit from a doorstop to prevent damage to the walls or wall mirrors.

The location is perfect. It is a big plus the parking closed by.
We have the problem with TV and refrigerator in the room. Nether one was working. We tried to reach the person on charge few times. They never reached us back and never fixed it. I think it will be fear if they will compensate our inconvenience.
One more thing. Everything was clean and would be nice if windows will be washed.
