Location and space
Beds a little too hard and not enough towels for 5 nights or pillows ( one very low one each)

Location, comfortable for the 6 of us, lovely apartment. Clean.
Communication with the host was good.
Washing machine access was difficult.
Building entry was a bit tricky due to the distance between the key pad and the lock box-need long arms when putting the key back and holding the door open. No shower gel provided.

The host was very responsive when asking for details but once given never responded to another question
Not enough mirrors when a group of women are staying on one in the lounge and 1 in the bathroom they need to put one in each bedroom

Very nice and clean, well equipped kitchen.
Central location. Maximum 30 minute walk from any relevant location.
All checkin was remote. Would have liked the host to greet us themselves. But this is a minor nitpick. Also very subjective. Some people may like the impersonal approach… Host did however respond very promptly to messages which is a huge bonus in my book.
