Location and food. Staff
Bedroom could do with a refresh
9 / 10Eccezionale·set 2026
Bed was comfortable, room clean, access to bar, restraunt, outdoor seating and pods
Shower could have been cleaner, mould starting at corners of glass. PAT testing seems to be way out of date on appliances in room. Could constantly hear down stairs door closing

Excellent restaurant at night with exceptional food quality. Comfortable beds and helpful staff.
Breakfast was basic cereals fruit and yoghurt with pastries you need to heat up. If you were the last to breakfast there may not be much to choose from.
Cooked served breakfast only available at the weekend.

No breakfast was included in the room, so I picked something up in the local grocery store instead.
Food was the main negative; what was available seemed overpriced for what it was. Service upon arrival was a bit "meh" – a bit like I was inconveniencing them.
