The location is within 10 minute walk to the Duomo. The terrace is a nice feature.
While the apartment has been modernized, the building is quite run down. The common stairs are in bad shape and the area around the building is about the same. Internal to the apartment, each level is one bedroom plus bath with the kitchen on the top level.

Loved the beautiful views of mount Edna and the ocean. Rooms were comfortable and they both had bathrooms. It home was very clean and the air conditioner worked well. The washing machine worked well and the rack to hang clothes was large for everything to dry outside on the patio.
There were just too many flights of stairs to reach the property.

Wohnung mit Dachterasse, super Ausblick. Schöne Küche und viel Platz. Netter und hilfreicher Kontakt.
Eher einfache Einrichtung, Badezimmer in die Jahre gekommen, Fliesen fehlen teilweise in der Dusche.

The superb view from the terrace
The general facilities in the kitchen/diner, although a microwave also would have been useful
The interesting central location
The good wifi
Although we should have asked in advance, the fact that the main room was on the seventh floor without a lift came as a bit of a shock and meant that it was perhaps suitable for fit young people but not for an ageing and rather unfit couple.
The lack of an armchair or other such indoor seating made it difficult to relax, read or watch television, especially on long January evenings.
There were problems with the hot water supply: the shower always switched from hot to cold for around two minutes into a shower; the water tap in the kitchen was almost impossible to regulate and nearly always hot.
