It’s near in the city and nearby in the sea.
It’s not too clean as of my recent visit, unlike the other years Ive been there .
There is an ongoing construction near the reception area, so it become sort of dusty

I liked it’s location, the friendly helpful staff, other guests who stayed at the hostel were very friendly and pleasant and I could see that people were happy to stay there. The hostel presents a unique offering of friendly hospitable staff in an excellent location at affordable prices and the story behind this historic building is very interesting, and the building as an opera house is monumental to the history of Tel Aviv’s cultural heritage.
I stayed with my mother who is 75 and the only thing she complained about was the number of stairs we had to climb to get to our room.

Great location but room was bare minimum, ceiling leaked water, toilet running noise all night, full length mirror was cracked, not enough toilet paper, room smelled like smoke all the 1st night.
