Die Lage des Apartements ist sehr gut, vor allem die Blicke auf beide Seiten zum Meer und die Berge sind unglaublich schön! Beide Balkone bereichern den Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist relativ neu und gut ausgestattet, die Betten sind sehr bequem, die Küche hat alles, was man braucht. Die elektrischen Jalousien sind gut und praktisch.
Da das Haus am Hang liegt, muss man gut zu Fuß sein, allerdings ist es nach Cassis zur Promenade nicht allzu weit zu gehen.
Das Auto steht sicher auf dem Parkplatz, der jedoch etwas eng ist.
Die Wohnung war zwar modern eingerichtet, das Haus jedoch alt und dementsprechend war das Bad sehr klein, man konnte nur alleine darin stehen. Die Toilette war sauber, aber ebenfalls in die Jahre gekommen, ebenso wie das Küchenfenster, das erneuert werden müsste.
Der Preis für eine Woche war sehr hoch, vor allem wenn man die Schwachstellen bedenkt. Aber die Blicke sind phantastisch, dafür muss man eben bezahlen.

Die Lage ist toll, die Aussicht wunderbar. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung hervorragend. Wir haben jeden Tag genossen, es ist ruhig zum erholen und um viele neue, kreative Ideen zu entwickeln
Wir sind seit vier Wochen an der Côte d' Azur unterwegs und mussten nie 96,74 Euro für eine Woche Tourist Tax bezahlen. Leider konnte Nathalies Mutter kein Englisch und konnte uns so die Details nicht erklären. Ich bezahlen das gerne, wenn ich weiß wie sich der Betrag zusammensetzt

The view was spectacular! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked. The patio was enjoyable to sit and have our meal and seeing the view!
I didn’t know I needed to bring linens and 200 euros for the deposit until the day before I arrived. It worked out just fine. Perhaps it was listed in the Booking.com site?

The location was exceptional.. a corner suite , quiet and a view in both directions. The “ manager” was warm, inviting and easy to reach.
It was very clean.
The facilities were spartan… no extra pillows, blankets, soaps, toilet tissue, dishwashing powder or laundry soap. The pillows were actually cushions and very uncomfortable.
