Location near the station. Secure environment. Quiet.

Instructions beforehand not quite accurate. No white fence! The luggage store recommended no longer in business. Sofa not comfortable.

Amazing location, just near the train station, nice, modern apartment, lovely, cosy bedroom, fast wi-fi, coffee, tea provided, good fridge and working TV

The flat was very dusty, wasnt clean at all, dust on lamps, vents ,fake plants were covered in sticky dust Especially the kitchen - it was very nice but it was the dirtiest, dirty kettle, dirty toaster , dust and water marks on surfaces, dust on light switch below the cupboard The sofabed was broken in the middle, i read other guests reviews- they also complained about the sofa. The company sold us the rooms knowing about the issue with the sofa for months- very dissapointing. Overrall quite nice little appartment,nice photos on a website, but to dusty. Cleaners need do a bit better here.

Perfect location. Only 5 mins walk from the station and a 10-15 min walk from the Minster. Lovely apartment block with gardens. Apartment was modern, clean and comfortable. We only had problems finding the key lock box because I hadn't read the instructions carefully! We will definitely be coming back!

Nothing! Obviously it would have been nice if it was cheaper but you get what you pay for and the apartment was exceptional.

Bathroom was spacious, to the detriment of the bedroom. Shower and sink were large. Plenty of storage in the bathroom and kitchen cupboards - fridge was also large with freezer included. Area was nice and, despite being concerned at being provided with earplugs, very quiet!

Whilst parking is not advertised, it is not clear how much near-by parking is going to cost until AFTER the free cancellation period has passed. £40 per day! The location is difficult to find on foot, particularly with luggage. The internet was down - I asked for this to be fixed to be told it'd been a problem for a week and out of their hands. In apartment 28 I was injured by a protruding clasp on the bed which was deep, bled profusely and is not yet healed 3 weeks later. This will certainly be a permanent scar. The after "care" from the hosts has been lacking at best implying that I have fabricated the incident and refusal to offer any goodwill. I hope no one else is hurt by this. The bed and sofa weren't great quality, the TV small & grainy with no internet feed and there was nowhere suitable to do hair and make up due to complete lack of space in the bedroom
