location very convenient; very modern, 24 hr coffee machine, shampoo and soaps, comfortable bed and bedding. staff was excellent.
windows were opaque. you couldn't see out at all. Rooms very very small

Tiny room, but that was expected. The linens were great, but the pillows were not. Lobby coffee machine was fantastic and much appreciated. The morning pastries were also good. Easy, close access to the subway was nice too.
The pillows were awful!

Cleanness is next level
Very small room no place for big luggage and very congested to walk around the room

The only thing worth mentioning is the excellent location. There’s a direct connection from Narita Airport, and the metro station exit is right next to the hotel.
The hotel is situated on a busy street, and the windows face the road. The building is sunny for most of the day, which means that when the weather starts to warm up, the rooms heat up very quickly. Using the air conditioning in the tiny rooms, with the airflow directed straight at the beds, means that after a few minutes you have to switch it off because it becomes unbearable. The windows cannot be opened due to the noise.
