Tolle Lage.

Excellent location, only few steps to the center of the town and to the waterfront, but still a quiet place off the main road. Private entrance to the property from the street and from the garage.
The garage could be a bit bigger. Our medium size car has had a trouble to fit in.. a few cm more and we couldn't close the door.
