Great location & owner was nice! We enjoyed crabbing from the dock.
It is advertised as 3 bedroom, which it is, but the listing did not say the 3rd bedroom is detached from the top floor where you have to walk outside to get to a downstairs apartment. This was not convenient with kids since we could not leave a kid unattended while they were sleeping (due to being on the water) to go to the upstairs kitchen or main upstairs den.
