You get the comfort of an RV (like: toilet, inside & outdoor showers, heater, microwave, stovetop, fridge) and the ability to use tent spots in campgrounds... ...without the roughing it part. Sleep in one of the two spacious, comfy king beds. One bed easily sleeps three small kids. Or convert the dining table into another bed that can sleep someone 4 feet tall or shorter. Pop-up weighs 2250 lbs (when the water tank is empty). So you can even pull it with a car, like a Subaru Outback. No need for trailer brakes, but if you have 'em, great. IMPORTANT: The pop-up isn't available to rent on a Wednesday or Thursday. Because I work full-time on those days and I'm not available to walk you through the pop-up setup.
