Fujimoto san was very kind and professional and helped a lot during my check in and afterwards.
The room were very clean and comfortable and I love hotels that keeps the Showa era interiors.
Breakfast buffet style with the view very nice
The position is also excellent near the main locations and only 15 mins by taxi from the JR station.
The bar seemed very interesting and welcoming
The view from some rooms is really nice
Not all staff was kind and welcoming like Fujimoto san especially one gentleman at the front desk.
The price can be a bit better

nothing

The location is in the very center of center of Hiroshima, once we got there, we practically didn't use public transport since everything was in the walking distance. View from the corner room is good and breakfast view from the top floor is also cool. Staff was friendly and helped us store our luggage before the check-in with no problems.
You can feel that the hotel is dated and the rooms are a bit cramped, not the best option if you have bigger luggage. Considering the size of the hotel, more washing/drying machines would be good.
