Modest breakfast layout but it is good. The location is perfect with a great view of Kotor Bay, nice beachfront with free loungers for hotel guest, free parking and water was perfectly cool for hot summer days. I used to walk and run on the streets nearby under the mountain, simply loved the place. Some great restaurants along the bay side add to the attraction.
Breakfast could improve.

Quiet location, access to beach bar and very friendly staff!
Our room was below the breakfast room so very squeaky chairs on the ceiling every morning!

Breakfast - although seemed like a lot of choice it was in small nook next to reception and options were greasy, fruit juice made from concentrate and
Limited fruit, fresh bread and pastries - not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel. No coffee machine in the room - instead there were 3in1 or 2in1 coffee sachets with no options for a black coffee. Gym room was big enough for one person - no water or towels available.
