Self check-in was relatively straightforward. Liked the multi-language instructions. The rooms are simple, everything that we needed. Ensuite bathroom was excellent. Motel Q provided complimentary coffee and tea machine.
I had a few questions in regard to parking our touring bikes. They responded within 24hrs.
Check out states it’s 10:00am. However, the cleaning crew knocked on our door at 9:00am and then again at 9:30. When we were finally ready to go, another employee asked if we were leaving at 9:50. They were courteous, however, we felt liked we were being rushed out.
