The location is very good for the town and beach. There is an indoor market 6 days which sells local produce excellent when you are self catering. There are buses and trains that run frequently to San Sebastián and Bilbao from Zarautz.

the apartment is bright and clean and tastefully decorated. It has everything you need. The host has been so friendly, from the fist messages to the checkout. The instructions are crystal clear, both via WhatsApp and printed in the flat for the parking. Having the parking pass was a game changer! The parking is halfway between the apartment and the beach (every place you need in town is within walking distance). A real plus was the washing machine, much needed when you want to enjoy the public beach during your stay and you also want to travel light. And if it's your last wash before leaving, you can easily reach the laundromat to use the dryer just a minute away.
