The flat and the equipment was excellent, there even were small things like a first aid kit and kitchen and bathroom essentials. The terrace was very nice and charming. Lovely host who was always prepared to help.
Be aware that the walk to the Funicolare station is uphill and leads along a rather busy road so you might have to let a few cars pass on your way. So be mindful of your luggage.
