staff is helpful. Checkin was remote.

no breakfast
The elevator has a bad smell, but it doesn't bother us too much.

The location was convenient.
The room was very spacious, high ceiling, very clean and modern, with a nice design. The projector with internet connection was nice.
Beds were comfortable. It was quiet.
I think it was a good value for money.
There is no staff at all, everything is done by a tablet at the entrance, with codes that you receive in advance, it was a bit complicated for the check-in, especially as foreigners, but finally it went well. So just check well the instructions received by email.
In February, the room took a bit time to get warm after starting the heater, as it is very spacious. But it was also acceptable, I would come back to this hotel for another stay in Fukuoka.
